Is it mandatory to enter the full name?

Ideally yes, to properly identify the user, but you may enter only your first name if you prefer.

Is it possible to regenerate the nutrition or training plan?

Yes. This can be done if the user requests it, for example if a mistake was made or something went wrong.

How can I update information such as weight, height, city, country, name, date of birth, or gender?

Go to the side menu, select Profile Information, and tap the pencil icon to edit your details.

Does the recipe update when replacing an ingredient?

Yes. Up to 3 ingredient replacements will update the recipe. After the 4th replacement, the recipe will no longer update. Only one ingredient can be replaced at a time.

How can I change my password?

Go to the side menu and select Change Password.

What happens if I accidentally mark a workout day as completed?

Currently it cannot be undone. You will need to wait until the following Monday when the program resets. In the meantime, you can continue with another workout day.

Is the time indicated for each exercise mandatory?

It is only a reference. Take your time and focus on performing each exercise correctly.

Why doesn’t the $9.99 price appear in the app?

The $9.99 USD price is only a reference value. The app will display the real price based on your local currency as an equivalent amount.

What happens if the validation code doesn’t arrive?

Please check your SPAM or junk mail folder.

Can I choose any day to start my training?

Yes, you can choose which day to begin. Just try to avoid training the same muscle groups on consecutive days.

Problem uploading a profile or body progress photo

Verify that you have granted the app permission to access your camera.

How can I speak with a person?

You can request to speak with a person through the chatbot, or access the support email option in the side menu (three dots).

How can I update my email?

Go to the side menu and select Change Email.

What if I need more rest time than the suggested 30 seconds?

30 seconds is recommended, but take the time you need. Try not to rest more than one minute so your muscles don’t cool down too much.

I’m an online patient. Can I continue my plan in the app?

No. Nutrition plans and routines previously created by Sosa Jhons do not carry over to the app. The app will generate a new diet and training plan from scratch.

From which versions can the app be used?

Android: version 13 or higher.iOS: version 15.6 or higher.
