By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the NowMeApp mobile application (hereinafter, the “App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the App.
NowMeApp is a mobile application that provides personalized nutrition plans, physical training programs, healthy habit recommendations, progress tracking, and educational content related to wellness. The App does not replace professional medical advice.
The information provided within the App does not constitute a medical diagnosis and does not replace consultation with a physician, certified nutritionist, or other healthcare professional. The user declares that they are in adequate physical condition to engage in physical activity and that they will consult with a healthcare professional before starting any program if they have a medical condition. NowMeApp shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from the use of the App.
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep their password confidential, and notify the platform of any unauthorized use of their account. NowMeApp reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
NowMeApp operates under a subscription model. Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renew automatically unless canceled in advance. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic renewal and authorize charges using the payment method associated with your account. Cancellation must be completed through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
Users agree not to share their account with third parties, reproduce or commercialize the App’s content, attempt to breach the platform’s security, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
All content within the App, including texts, images, algorithms, personalized plans, design, and the NowMeApp brand, is the exclusive property of NowMeApp and is protected by intellectual property laws.
NowMeApp does not guarantee specific results in weight loss or muscle gain, uninterrupted service availability, or that the App will be completely free of technical errors at all times. The maximum liability of NowMeApp shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the last three months.
NowMeApp collects personal and basic health data in order to personalize plans, improve the user experience, and analyze service performance. The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable Privacy Notice and complies with the relevant legislation in Mexico.
NowMeApp may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published within the App and will take effect upon publication.
NowMeApp may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
